Please accept this letter as a Letter of Recommendation for Novella Homes and the company owners led by Robert Guaglianone and his son David Guaglianone. We wanted to acquire a property in Creighton Farms and to build a Custom Dream Home in the community and they supported us from Day 1 through the entire process.
We are very pleased with the home development process and extremely satisfied with our final home which we moved into in April of 2020 despite the challenges as we entered the COVID world and the detailed follow-thru for our unique home.
The team at Novella started the process through a detailed review of our home priorities before we even identified a property, which they actually found for us, and negotiated so that we could build the specific home type that we wanted. This property required specific elevations that included the ability to support a lower-level walk out with three floors of great lighting in the back of the house and a private lot that included the addition of and Elevator for a live-in Mother-in-Law and a Screened In Porch with a BBQ Area for outdoor living. We enjoy the house layout on the property which affords us great sunset views as we enjoy the end of each day.
We are also extremely satisfied with the finishes and details that they include in the entire house which included a clean modern design which David worked closely with my wife to implement. They also accommodated many changes that we added during the construction process including a 600 bottle wine cellar, home theatre and workout room and eventually a Golf Simulator Room to the lower level.
We are very satisfied with the home and support tours of the property as needed and discussion with prospective buyers who are entering a similar custom build home process. We really appreciated the customer experience focus from Bob's lifetime of work and worked through any of the few challenges that we faced during construction.

We are so incredibly grateful for having the opportunity to work so closely with you for the largest purchase of our lives building our forever home. From precontract to post-closing, you've been such a great person to work with. You exemplify the definition of customer service and I'm sure we tested your patience on more than a few occasions, but you always responded with "yes we can do that", "not a problem". You obviously knew from the beginning that we were working within a definitive budget, and you gave us upgrades, cut your margins, and did everything you could to not sacrifice quality while helping us stay within our means. We are so incredibly happy with the final product. Inside and out, our expectations have been blown away from the initial renderings and layouts. You all build amazing homes with top notch materials and quality, and it really shows in the final product. You held our hand through the entire process giving us guidance and advice. TRULY AMAZING
We moved into our Novella home in Creighton Farms in October of 2017. In the interest of both fairness and transparency, I own an electrical contracting company and have been in the home building industry for over 35 years. It is truly amazing to me the number of compliments I have received about the house in such a short time. One of our favorite things about the home is the way it sits on the lot. Bob purchased one of the nicest lots in Creighton Farms then situated the house to ensure we would enjoy gorgeous sunsets from two beautiful front porches.
Many of my friends are members of the home building industry and the most common comments from them when they first walk into my home are "Wow!" or "Awesome!" It is that stunning of a home and all of the finishes are high end and incredible. All of my home building friends have given specific compliments about how the house was built and the finishes used, all based on their personal knowledge of the industry. The living room ceiling has been the focus of many conversations as has the custom bar in the basement. The tile and hardwood flooring are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. I even had one friend tell me, ''If this were my house, I'd never leave."
The detail that Novella Homes puts into its product is truly amazing. Some of the amenities they added to our home improve the quality of our life on a daily basis. The design of our home is perfect for us and we could not be happier with our decision to move to Creighton Farms and to choose Novella Homes as our builder. They really are great.

Back in 2009, we drove by Creighton Farms and said aloud, one day we're going to live there. You made that wish come true by working with us and giving us a deal. When we started this process, we never expected the house to turn out as incredible as it did. It looks better than any rendering we drew up or vision we had for the final product. Every time we see the exterior, or walk the house, we are amazed at how great it turned out. The materials and the trade partners you use are all top notch and the fit and finish really exemplifies luxury and a quality. Our family is so excited to move in on a great street in our forever home and you made that possible; for that we will always be grateful. We are just blown away with the quality and customer service of your company and family business. David is the perfect person for the role he's in, exercising incredible patience and the gold standard for customer service. The Gem
We happened upon Creighton Farms by accident during a drive in the country in July of this year. My wife had said its private we can’t enter! I asked the security if we could visit the club house to inquire about possibly hosting an event for my company. We met with Larry the manager and he showed us around the club and gave some information per my request. As we were leaving the club an old friend came up behind our car and beeped the horn to say hello, I had not seen him in almost 10 years. He bragged about how great CF club and members and that we should come back and play some golf and look at the community. That is how the story of finding our “Gem” started. On returning to the club we visited the CF sales center and met with Scott Timmermans and immediately started thinking we need to move here! We initially looked at the model home and I was satisfied as it was a nice home. And thus began to plan to acquire a home in CF.
We visited CF almost every week and Scott suggested we take a look at a new home as well and that is when we found the “Gem of Creighton Farms” located in the hills was this new home built by Novella Homes. The home was almost completed when we walked in the first time and immediately we both agreed we need to buy this home. From top to bottom plus the yard and views were the most impressive we had ever seen. We then met both the builder Bob Guaglianone and his PM Tom Pyles who walked us thru all the details of the home. We were sold!!
It has now been two months since we moved into the home and we love everything about it inside and out. We are not sure we can could ask for anything else as Bob left no stone unturned in the design and construction. We would recommend Bob and his son David to anyone considering a home in CF or anywhere else for that matter.
We have nicknamed our home the “Gem” because we believe it is simply that!
