Founder of Novella Homes, Bob Guaglianone, has truly set the standard of excellence for custom-designed homes in Northern Virginia. As a second generation home builder, Bob has the experience, skills, and passion for luxury home design and construction. By focusing on only a few select locations, he is able to devote personalized attention to each home and foster meaningful relationships with each client.
Bob has earned over fifty local and national awards for architectural distinction, superior construction, and exceptional land planning. Recently, Bob has decided to take his talents to the prestigious community of Creighton Farms in Northern Virginia. His dedication to building homes that complement and enhance the neighborhoods in which they reside make him a perfect fit for this picturesque destination.
In fact, he has decided to make this extraordinary community his home and has built a masterpiece for him and his family to live and thrive in for years to come. In his spare time, Bob enjoys playing golf, visiting with his sweet children and grandchildren, and spending quality time with his lovely wife Jackie and their dog Abby.
DAVID GUAGLIANONE

David Guaglianone, who is the newest addition to the Novella Homes family, joined the Company in the fall of 2017 after spending the first fifteen years of his career as a practicing CPA for one of the largest public accounting firms in the world, Ernst & Young. He developed an extensive skill set during his time at Ernst & Young including his attention to details and interaction with customers.
He believed very strongly in the firm’s tag line, “Quality in Everything We Do”, which will serve him well in the next stage of his career. Similar to his brother, David’s understanding of the home building process started at a young age working out on the job sites as a laborer, as well as in the office assisting with purchasing and other clerical work during his summer vacations from college.
David brings a fresh look to the design and building process and looks forward to creating great new memories with purchasers as they build their dream homes with Novella. When he isn’t building, David enjoys playing golf and spending time with his lovely wife Kerry, and their three adorable children, Adeline, Jack and Quinn.
