STEVE GUAGLIANONE
OWNER AND PRESIDENT
Owner and President of Novella Homes, Steve Guaglianone, has over fifteen years experience in the custom luxury home building industry. As a third generation homebuilder, his extensive background in real estate development and innovative design techniques are what set him apart from his competitors.
Steve’s understanding of the home building process started at a very young age, as he worked for his father during summer breaks in high school and college. After graduating from college, he began working full time as a Project Manager on a subdivision of eighty homes in Northern Virginia. From there, he took over the customer service division, contracts, and subcontractor selection.
After mastering all aspects of the home building process, Steve decided to start another chapter for his family and for Novella Homes by making the move to Charleston, SC. He strives to not only build a flawless home, but to make sure it is done accurately and will last a lifetime. Steve currently has projects in sought after locations in Daniel Island and Kiawah Island. He prides himself on being a hands-on builder and loves to make selections and design a home plan to fit his customer’s needs and lifestyle.
Steve has made it a point to work with the best architects, designers, and tradesmen in the industry. He believes that if you surround yourself with the best, then you have no choice but to build to a level of excellence that is remembered. When he isn’t building, Steve enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Kristen, their adorable son and daughter, Camden and Lila, and their dog Bentley.
